Early Stage Growth Capital

We invest in SaaS companies with $2mm to $30mm in ARR, led by founders who are cash efficient, resourceful, and pragmatic. We lead or follow in traditional growth rounds, but also do 'special situations' like small rounds, fast rounds, last rounds, and cap table clean up. We provide commitments in 3 to 5 weeks and our check ranges from $1mm to $4mm. We welcome hearing from founders directly and don't require a warm introduction.

A data-Driven Process

We're data-driven, which streamlines our process. Beginning with your data, we assess the fit ensuring we don't squander your time when there isn't one. From there we expedite, because time is the killer of all deals, getting to full commitment within 3 to 5 weeks.

A focus on speed and transparency

In 2014, we established Blossom Street to be accessible, transparent, and fast.  In contrast to the protracted evaluation period you'll find at most VC firms, our quantitative process prioritizes speed and transparency. We won't waste your time, or ours.

SaaS Metrics

We follow every publicly traded SaaS company in the US.  Check out metrics of companies that have IPO'd in the past three years.

A History of Performance

We take pride in our performance and the companies we've supported. However, numbers only tell part of the story. The lessons we've learned, particularly those learned from our failures, inform every investment we make.
